Tulsa Storm Becoming Outflow Dominated - Tornado Threat Diminishing

The storm we've been following over the Tulsa area for the last hour or so is starting to "gust out".  That's my term, the fancy term is "becoming outflow dominated", which means the tornadic circulation has diminished and winds are now blowing out away from the storm more than anything else (as shown by the yellow arrows on the right half of the above radar image).

Strong winds out of the West can be expected over southern Rogers County as this storm approaches.
